1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and accessing the MyFinanceSheet application dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Session Limits

To use the platform, you must create a profile. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and the 4-digit App PIN Lock used to guard your local offline browser storage.

Your profile is subject to device limits based on your active billing tier. Sharing accounts across multiple unauthorized devices simultaneously violates our terms and may lead to session termination.

3. Subscription & Fair Usage Limits

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and feature access are gated strictly based on your active tier. Daily AI Coach prompt queries, historical daily candle backtest triggers, and maximum portfolios are limited. Systematically script-scraping APIs or attempting to bypass these database restrictions will result in account suspension.

4. No Investment or Advisory Services

MyFinanceSheet is not a financial advisor, registered broker-dealer, or investment consultant.

All metrics, historical probabilities, regime classifications, AI Coach answers, and setup playbook guidelines are provided for educational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide recommendations regarding specific securities, buy/sell orders, or asset allocations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trading assets carries a high level of capital risk. MyFinanceSheet will not be liable for any trading losses, missed profits, database sync lag, or system downtime. You agree that you trade at your own risk and discretion.
